- The Service does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use personal data
- Resumes are made available to employers seeking to hire within our coverage area. Submission of a resume profile constitutes opt-in to inclusion in the resume database. When an employer contacts a candidate, the employer receives the contact information supplied by the candidate.
- Job listings are published on the Service. Featured tier listings are additionally included in our newsletter and displayed prominently on the public board.
- Email addresses may be used to confirm payment, notify the user of listing status, or follow up regarding a submission. We do not add users to marketing lists without consent.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share personal data with advertisers.
4. Retention
- Resumes: retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are automatically deleted. Users may request earlier deletion by email; we will remove the data within 7 days of a verified request.
- Job listings: active on the public board for 30 days, after which they are removed from the live board. A non-public archive may be retained for recordkeeping.
- Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law, typically up to 7 years.
